About
Amara helps coastal cities plan for rising seas without leaving their poorest neighbourhoods behind.
An urban planner by training, she has spent fifteen years working alongside fishing cooperatives, city engineers and youth groups across West Africa. Her talks pair hard data with the stories of people already adapting, and leave audiences with practical next steps rather than despair.

Climate finance, demystified
